2009 ITFlorida Capital Day

ITFlorida board members and regional group partners will meet with officials in the executive and legislative branches of Florida's government. ITFlorida will also conduct a board meeting during the Capital Day activities.
If you would like to participate in the Capital Day activities, please confirm your attendance at 800-748-1120. First priority for visits will go to board members, patron members, and regional group partners.
ITFlorida is setting meetings with the top leaders in Tallahassee, including those listed below. Most meetings will have a limited number of participants, though we will make sure everyone is able to take part in some of the meetings. Participants are also encouraged to set meetings with their own senators and representatives. To find out who your senator and representative is, visit www.flsenate.gov and www.myfloridahouse.gov.

NOTE: It is nearly impossible for legislators to set specific appointments until about a week in advance, as they must wait each week for the Legislature's calendars to be set by their leadership. Specific appointment times and locations should be available the week of March 30 and may be posted here in advance.
After we set appointments, we will be able to determine the best time for the ITFlorida board meeting.
All meetings will take place in the Capitol Complex or within close walking distance. See maps of the downtown area.
