Earnie Franklin
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, TriServ Alliance, LLC

Earnie Franklin is senior vice president and chief information officer for TriServ Alliance, LLC. In this role, he is responsible for the leadership of the information systems and security services organization. He serves as a key member of the executive leadership team to help set the strategic direction for the company. Franklin is an industry expert who brings more than 20 years of IT experience to TriServ. In addition, he has extensive background in customer relationship management systems, critical to any business whose mission is to provide outstanding service.

Prior to this role, Franklin served as vice president of Enterprise Architecture for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF). In this role, he led the development and implementation of leading business applications that supported service delivery to the company's external stakeholders. Franklin also recently served as president of Incepture, an IT and human services organization delivering solutions to the health care industry. Prior to joining BCBSF, Franklin served as a data center operations manager in the financial services industry.

Throughout his career, Franklin has been active in several professional and civic organizations. He is a member of the business and technology advisory boards for Jacksonville University, University of North Florida and Florida Community College at Jacksonville. He is former director, officer and president of the Association of Information technology professionals in Jacksonville, Fla., Birmingham, Ala., and the Southern region of the U.S.

Franklin also provides leadership on the board of directors of IT Florida, a technology-focused, non-profit organization formed to enhance information technology as a key element of economic development within the state of Florida. He is an active member of the United Way of Northeast Florida Leadership Circle and a member of the organization's Tocqueville Society. Franklin holds a Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University.
